Same desert, different jobs

Most homes across the East Valley are stucco, so most exterior jobs start the same way: a pressure wash and the hairline cracks filled before any paint goes on. In HOA communities - common in Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek - the colour usually needs approval first. Inside, a lot of the work is the same everywhere: tired walls before a sale, a few rooms at a time, and kitchen cabinets.
