Quality first, from the prep to the paint.
Do the job right the first time, so it lasts. That means covering floors and furniture, washing and repairing the surface, using good paint - then cleaning up and walking the job with you before anyone calls it done.
Locally owned in Mesa
A local, owner-run business serving neighbours across Mesa and the East Valley.
Stucco specialists
Most Valley homes are stucco. Cracks get repaired before painting, and the paint is made for desert sun.
Premium paint
Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin-Williams - paint chosen to last, not the cheapest can on the shelf.
James is on the job

“We loved working with Nieman Painting! The team was professional, detail-oriented, and so easy to work with. They made the whole process stress free and they did a beautiful job. The communication was great too and he was very helpful throughout the process. They painted 3 rooms for us recently and we also had them paint the exterior of our home a few years ago. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality painters who truly care about their work!!!”
“Fair pricing and fast work. The crew did full house and kitchen cabinet in 2 days. Will use them for outside painting as well”
“We needed someone to paint the garage door at one of our properties. He went out the next day, matched the color and did a great job for a great price.”
What your free estimate includes
James looks at the job himself. You get:
- A walk-through of the job with James
- Colour and finish recommendations for your space
- A clear price before any work starts - no hidden fees
Painting in the desert sun
Intense UV, summer heat and monsoon storms are hard on paint. South and west walls fade first, and hairline stucco cracks let water in behind the finish - so cracks are repaired before anything is painted, and the paint is made for desert sun.
Commercial painting, scheduled around your hours
Offices, retail, common areas and rentals between tenants - the same careful prep and clean finish as a home, planned so you can stay open.
